Key Warranty Notes:
camping Tent Supppliers tents are designed for temporary outdoor recreational use and require regular monitoring, maintenance, and proper guy line tensioning. They are not intended to serve as permanent shelters, remain erected year-round, or be left unattended for extended periods. Tents left up more than 21 consecutive days receive limited warranty coverage only. Please review the full warranty below.
Canvas Tent & Tent Accessories Warranty
We stand behind our craftsmanship! camping Tent Supppliers™ branded canvas tents, bell tents & bell tent accessories carry a limited 30-month warranty from date of purchase against defects in the workmanship and materials when our tents are used for normal recreational purposes.
If a product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship covered by this warranty, Life Intents may, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace it, or issue store credit in an amount not to exceed the original purchase price.
Return freight for warranty claims must be prepaid by the customer.
We strongly recommend reviewing the manual and maintenance guide before use. Once a tent leaves our warehouse, many factors affecting its condition, performance, and lifespan are outside our control, including but not limited to setup quality, guy line tensioning, weather, platform or deck design, maintenance practices, UV exposure, humidity, wind, snow load, soil conditions, pollen, insects, birds, and other environmental conditions.
Our tents are built to a high standard, but they are still fabric structures that require proper setup, regular monitoring, adjustment, maintenance, and occasional minor repair. Guy lines, stakes, and other tensioning points must be checked regularly and re-tightened as often as necessary during use, as wind and weather can cause tension to loosen over time. For extended or long-term setups, guy lines should not rely solely on tensioning sliders to maintain proper tension over time. Customers are responsible for regularly inspecting, re-tightening, and tying off or otherwise securing guy lines as needed to reduce excess movement and stress on the tent. Damage caused by loose, improperly tensioned, or insufficiently maintained guy lines or rigging is not covered under this warranty.
Life Intents tents are crafted from premium materials and built to an exceptionally high standard. They are designed for temporary outdoor recreational use and are not intended to serve as permanent or semi-permanent shelters, remain erected year-round, or be left unattended for extended periods. Damage, wear, deterioration, or other issues arising from this type of use are not covered under the Life Intents warranty. Any limited warranty applicable to tents left erected for more than 21 consecutive days applies only to qualifying manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage or failure resulting from long-term exposure, permanent-style installation, lack of monitoring, inadequate maintenance, or environmental conditions.
This warranty does not cover damage arising from normal outdoor use or from conditions outside our control, including but not limited to:
- improper setup
- improper tensioning or rigging
- failure to periodically inspect, adjust, re-tighten, tie off, or otherwise secure guy lines, stakes, or other tensioning points as needed
- mold or mildew
- UV exposure
- extreme weather
- fire
- use with wood stoves or air conditioners
- damage during storage
- worn zippers
- fabric holes
- neglect
- accidents
- misuse
This warranty also does not cover:
- improper deck or platform installation
- modified, improper, or non-approved guy rope rigging
- use of unapproved cleaning, waterproofing, or protective chemical products
improper cleaning methods - aftermarket modifications to tent materials or hardware
Long-Term Setup
Tents that remain set up for more than 21 consecutive days do not qualify for the standard 30-month warranty. In those cases, any warranty coverage is limited to 12 months from the date of purchase and applies only to qualifying defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of manufacture.
This limited coverage does not apply to damage, wear, deterioration, or failure caused by long-term outdoor exposure, improper setup, insufficient monitoring, inadequate maintenance, failure to maintain proper guy line tension, failure to re-tighten or secure guy lines as needed, weather, UV exposure, mold, mildew, wind, snow load, site conditions, or other use-related factors.
If a qualifying manufacturing defect is confirmed during that 12-month period, Life Intents may, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace it, or issue store credit in an amount not to exceed the original purchase price. Return freight for warranty claims must be prepaid by the customer.
Post-Warranty Period – We Still Care!
We will continue to provide lifetime customer support after the warranty period has expired and will do our best to help troubleshoot issues you may encounter. We take product quality and customer service seriously. However, we cannot be responsible for losses, damage, or related costs involving tents or their contents where conditions of use, weather, maintenance, storage, or site factors are outside our control.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of a new tent.
